2. SMS Messaging Program Terms
Program name: RealScale Notifications
Program description: RealScale sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have provided their mobile number and given express consent to receive texts from us, for example by agreeing in writing during client onboarding or in their service agreement, or by requesting text updates by email. Messages include consultation follow-ups, appointment reminders, project and account notifications, customer support messages, and occasional promotional messages about our services.

- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealScale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, services, or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to RealScale in the three (3) months before the claim.
